Healthy & low fat muffins. Great for breakfast. These muffins are not very sweet, so if you like sweet muffins you may want to add more brown sugar.

  1. Pre heat oven to 400. Set aside the chocolate chips for later. Mix all the dry ingredients together and set aside. Mix all the wet ingredients together in a large bowl. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. stir together but do not over mix. Fill each muffin cup to about 3/4 full. When all mixture is gone sprinkle the chocolate chips on each muffin. Bake for 15 minutes. Let cool andf enjoy with no guilt.
