Healthy & low fat muffins. Great for breakfast. These muffins are not very sweet, so if you like sweet muffins you may want to add more brown sugar.
- Pre heat oven to 400. Set aside the chocolate chips for later. Mix all the dry ingredients together and set aside. Mix all the wet ingredients together in a large bowl. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. stir together but do not over mix. Fill each muffin cup to about 3/4 full. When all mixture is gone sprinkle the chocolate chips on each muffin. Bake for 15 minutes. Let cool andf enjoy with no guilt.
