This is a very healthy and tasty banana bread! and with the extra Body By Vi protein powder dates and walnuts you won't fell guilty eating it!
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix together bananas, egg, sugar, apple sauce and protein shake.
- Mix in dry ingredients
- Stir in walnuts and dates.
- Pour batter into greased 8x4 loaf pan
- Bake loaf for 50 minutes.
