  2. Mix together bananas, egg, sugar, apple sauce and protein shake.
  3. Mix in dry ingredients
  4. Stir in walnuts and dates.
  5. Pour batter into greased 8x4 loaf pan
  6. Bake loaf for 50 minutes.
