This delicius banana bread is great with butter and cheese. To make date mash, you put 10 dates in a pot with 1/4 cup water. Let it simmer for 5-10 minutes. And then mash it with hand blender. You can keep it in the freezer and use it to sweet'n your oatmel porrige. In stead of date mash you can use 1 cup raw sugar. Also it's delicious to add walnuts.

  1. Mash up bananas.
  2. Mix in date mash.
  3. Add spelt flour and mix it and the rest of the main ingredients together.
  4. Stir well together and pour into a cake silicon model bread loaf or greased bread loaf tin.
  5. Bake at 180°C for 50 minutes.
