- 1⁄2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 1⁄2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄2 cup maple syrup
- 1⁄2 cup applesauce
- 1 tablespoon oil (canola)
- 4 mashed bananas
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
directions
- Combine dry ingredients and wet ingredients seperatly and then stir together. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
