What an easy & satisfying way to kick-start the day! Doubled the recipe for 2 of us! I often have a combo of steamed broccoli & cauliflower in the frig, & another time I'd like to try it with that combo & the beans & it would really be tasty with some jazzed-up, leftover baked beans, too, though perhaps not quite as healthy for you! I liked this. I love broccoli and I love beans. It's fast and it truly is energizing. I'm definitly having it more often. Instead of fresh broccoli I used frozen and next time I have to spray a bit of pam in the pan before because it was sticky.
