This is a great tasting coleslaw with an asian twist. It's also great with chopped up almonds added to it.

  1. For the dressing combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl and serve or make ahead of time and keep it in the fridge.
