- 236.59 ml brown sugar
- 177.44 ml margarine
- 59.14 ml applesauce
- 473.18 ml pumpkin puree
- 3 eggs
- 9.85 ml vanilla extract
- 354.88 ml all-purpose flour
- 473.18 ml whole wheat flour
- 118.29 ml wheat germ
- 9.85 ml baking powder
- 9.85 ml ground cinnamon
- 2.46 ml ground cloves
- 4.92 ml cardamom
- 236.59 ml chocolate chips
directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Cream the sugars and, margarine together. Mix until light and well combined.
- Add eggs, one at a time, pumpkin, spices, and vanilla.
- In another bowl mix the flours, wheat germ and baking soda.
- Stir the flour mixture, one cup at a time into the creamed mixture. Mix until combined. Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Drop by teaspoons onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 12 to 15 minutes or until set. Let cookies cool on a rack.
