Very much enjoyed your recipe, although I did alter it a bit ~ I used fresh lemon juice (the amount called for in the recipe) then doubled all the other ingredients since I wanted one large drink all for myself! This is one of the few smoothies in which I've included the ice! Definitely a beverage I'm happy to make again! [Made & reviewed in Healthy Choices ABC tag]

  1. Peel your orange, including the white part.
  2. Cut the orange in half and put it in the blender.
  3. Put in the ice, milk, and sugar.
