My husband and I loved this crust. Nice crispy, cracker-like outer edge with just a little chewiness in the middle. Next time, I'll use part whole wheat flour. This reminded me of the flatbread appetizers you get in restaurants. I'll use this recipe often!! REVISED 9/7/12: We just cannot get enough of this recipe!! I've probably made it 6 times in a month. Such a nice, crisp texture. I've used this to make steak flatbread with caramelized onions and feta cheese as well as traditional flatbread pizza. I'm so glad to have this recipe!
I made this with my daughter lots of fun,easy and quick we put the toppings on the pizza base before it was cooked, we used tomato puree and grated mature cheddar and cooked on the middle shelf on a high heat 240c for 10 minutes. It wasn crispy more of a soft base but we like that it cooked well we both thought it tasted lovely :) added some fresh basil a couple of minutes before the pizza was finished cooking.

This pizza crust recipe was AMAZING, I actually didn't think it would come out so perfectly delicious! One thing I would recommend is that if your oven runs a little hot only precook fro 5 minutes. Otherwise this was a delicious meal I shared with my entire family!<br/>~Best pizza crust ever
This worked great in a pinch. I didn't have access to any yeast and was craving pizza and found your recipe. The directions were perfect and the dough was really easy to deal with. I missed the taste of yeast, this did have a little bit of a biscuit taste, but why wouldn't it? Thanks for sharing this recipe, I'll be using it again if I find myself in the same circumstance.
Tried this recipe last night and absolutely love it. Perfect thickness and nice and crispy. Brought some for lunch... can't wait. My baking pan is not large enough for a 12 inch round pizza so I just stretched it out into a rectangular shape. I wonder if the dough can be frozen. I will be making this recipe over and over again.
this recipe was so easy. the pizzas came out great with nice thin crunchy texture. it is very important to bake the crust before adding the toppings. my family devoured them and can' t wait until the next pizza night.
This recipe is so easy that I, a teenager, could start it when I was beginning to get hungry, and it was finished within half an hour. Topped it with pesto, tomato slices, goat cheese, and mozzarella. It only needed 15 minutes of baking with the toppings on for me. It was awesome!
