- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1⁄2 cup plain fat free Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 -2 tablespoon skim milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

- Combine ingredients together, starting with 1 tablespoon milk. Add more milk if desired. Serves as a dip for apples, carrots, etc.

<p>I'm a stay-at home mom to two growing boys and 2 active Giant schnauzers. <br /> <br />My favorite things are reading, doing arts and crafts, eating, and genealogy.
