While this was simmering, I was heating up a can of Libby's green beens to along with it. I found a very similar recipe on the can, only a little snazzier. It used water instead of the broth. (I prefer the broth.) It added the green beans to the dish and added 1/2 tsp. garlic salt, 1/8 tsp. rosemary and stated to salt and pepper to taste.
My husband said to give this 3 stars, but I decided to give 4. He likes his kielbasa sauteed with onions and peppers, so he didn't like the sauce or potatoes with it. I liked it, though, and I don't usually like kielbasa. The only change I made was that I thickened the sauce a bit with some cornstarch. Thank you for posting a simple and tasty recipe!
