- 4 avocados
- 1 small onion
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 1 tablespoon chili-garlic sauce (sriracha)
- 8 sun-dried tomatoes
- salt and pepper
directions
- Mix all ingredients together a chill for 1 hour. I use a cheese grater to grade my onion.
