Wish I could say that we liked this just as much as regular garlic bread, but we thought it was just okay and I found preparing the pita without destroying it to be kind of a challenge. This bread is crisp with a very subtle garlic flavor. I probably would have liked it better if I hadn't been thinking "garlic bread", but as it was, this actually made me crave fresh garlicky, buttery garlic bread more than satisfy any craving. Thanks anyway.

We loved this. Would never had thought of using this as a garlic bread. It was fast and easy to put together and only took a few minutes in the oven so didn't heat up the kitchen too much. thanks Ducky for another wonderful recipe.

I love the whole idea of this recipe. With just two of us, it's great to have a garlic bread that doesn't require the buying of a huge loaf of bread that will eventually go stale on me. We almost always have some pita though in the house. Thanks for an easy and convienent garlic bread.
