ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1⁄4 cup white flour
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup 1% low-fat milk
- 1⁄4 cup Egg Beaters egg substitute
- 1 tablespoon margarine, melted
directions
- Combine all ingredients in food processor and mix for 20-30 seconds.
- Heat medium sized pan on medium heat and spray with Pam.
- Ladle about 1/4 cup of batter onto pan and swirl the pan to spread the batter.
- Cook 30-60 seconds until edges start curling, then flip and repeat.

Had no problems making these very nice crepes as per the recipe, then whipped together some homemade lemon curd with some slightly sweetened cream cheese & rolled half of the crepes around that filling, for some delicious tasties! Thanks so much for your posted recipe! [Made & reviewed for one of my adoptees in this Spring's round of Pick A Chef]
