I had found this recipe on a site and I wanted to make it a littler more nutritious by adding oatmeal.

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and greased two baking sheets.
  2. Combine oil, honey, brown sugar, and splenda. Mix well until combine. Add egg whites and vanilla. Mix well until smooth. Add baking soda, flour, wheat flour, and oatmeal gradually. Start with 1/2 cup of each of the drys until a nice dough forms. May or may not need more flour and oats. Stir in dark chocolate chips.
  3. Drop dough onto prepared baking sheets by rounded teaspoon. Bake until edges and center of cookie is golden brown; about 12 minutes.
