Healthier Banana Bread

"Made with whole wheat flour, oatmeal and greek yogurt, this bread is guilt free and perfect for breakfast too! My favorite is toasting a slice and topping with some all natural peanut butter for a perfect way to start the day!"

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Whisk dry ingredients including flour, oats, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and sugar. Set aside.
  • Stir together mashed bananas, eggs, oil, syrup, yogurt and vanilla.
  • Slowly add dry ingredients to wet. Mix just until combined.
  • Fold in chocolate chips, or chopped walnuts, if desired!
  • Pour batter into greased loaf pan.
  • Bake for 40 - 45 minutes.
  • Let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes and turn out onto cooling rack before slicing and enjoying!
