  1. Beat egg whites until stiff.
  2. Combine all dry ingredients.
  3. Beat in oil, egg yolks, and milk.
  4. Lightly fold in egg whites.
  5. Cook in a lightly greased waffle iron until gold brown.
  6. Serve with syrup or fruit sauce, or my favorite with ice cream and fruit sauce.
