Thank you I've been looking for low GI breakfast options and this was great! Baked up nicely in muffin tins :-)

Really good--I cut the servings to two since I had only one banana, and still used 1 egg (yes, the cholesteral is a little up in my version). It was delicious!

Very good! I didn't use any splenda or sugar, and use a little less nutmeg and a little more cinnamon, and it was still great. My 2 year old chowed it down too, I'll be making it again!

This super quick recipe is so fantastic! A yummy, filling breakfast or snack. I agree, though, that it needs a bit more cinnamon.

Outstanding! Tastes incredibly similar to a moist banana bread, but with no flour or refined sugar! I used extra banana, stevia instead of splenda, vanilla protein pwder, and extra nutty-oatmeal (my new fave -- silver palate "thick and rough" oats). Thanks for a recipe that works great as an on-the-go, on-a-budget breakfast bar.

I loved this recipe it was very tasty! I added more cinnamon because I love the spice. I loved that this recipe was flour free but I could dtill cut it into bars and take it to go. Great for kids and sooo healthy! Thank you.
