  • 0.5 (7 1/16 ounce) can tuna
  • 12 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 12 tablespoon olive oil
  • balsamic vinegar, to taste
  • 1 cup Baby Spinach

  • Empty 1/2 can of tuna into a small bowl and combine with the remaining ingredients.
  • Place mixture on a bed of baby spinach.
