A first attempt at meatloaf that turned out fantastic and low fat as well!

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients, shape into a loaf, and place in a loaf pan.
  3. Bake for about one hour. Depending on the shape and thickness of the loaf, you may need to cook it slightly longer. The recommended center temperature for poultry is: 165 degrees F.
