My friend gave me this recipe to help heal and protect the body, and it's amazing! All the ingredients help a different part of the body function better. Plus it tastes great!

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Mix all the ingredients into either milk, tea (my personal favorite), or any other beverage.
  2. Heat until it comes to a boil and pour the beverage into a mug.
  3. Add honey or sugar into your drink if desired.
  4. Enjoy!
