A friend of mine who I am doing this protocol with brought this for lunch the other day and it totally hit the spot. Reminiscent of a hamburger. Enjoy.

I'm on the first day of Phase 2 and choose to make this for lunch. It was super simple and fast to make and really was reminiscent of a hamburger. I put it into MyFitnessPal and total calories registered 153!

  1. Brown hamburger, season to taste.
  2. Chop pickles, green onions and lettuce
  3. Toss all together with Waden Farms salad dressing.
  4. Enjoy.
