A friend of mine who I am doing this protocol with brought this for lunch the other day and it totally hit the spot. Reminiscent of a hamburger. Enjoy.
- 100 g lean ground beef (season to taste)
- 2 cups iceberg lettuce
- 1 dill pickle
- green onion
- honey mustard dressing
- Brown hamburger, season to taste.
- Chop pickles, green onions and lettuce
- Toss all together with Waden Farms salad dressing.
I'm on the first day of Phase 2 and choose to make this for lunch. It was super simple and fast to make and really was reminiscent of a hamburger. I put it into MyFitnessPal and total calories registered 153!
