This is essentially the same lemon cake my mom always made, although she did it in a sheet pan. I used the zest of the two lemons in the batter and baked as directed. Was delicious! Thanks for the fond memories!
I made this cake for DH to take to work...everyone raved about it. I usually make him a lemon pudding cake, so this was a nice change. I baked it in a bundt pan. Thanks so much for posting.
