Hazelnut Cinnamon Cocoa

No soymilk in the house and the cold weather had me hankering for a steaming hot cup of cocoa. Decided to improvise and loved the results. More an idea than a recipe, feel free to modify it to suit your personal tastes. As presented, this is 0 WW points for one serving and 1/2 point for two - so go ahead and make a second cup. :D

This was yummy! I understand why you made it without milk, but I would add a bit or maybe more creamer. The flavour is really nice. I liked this and it's awesome for those of use trying to cut down on the calorie intake! Made for my adopted chef for Fall PAC 2009. Thanks! :)

  1. Mix the liquid creamer,, cinnamon and cocoa together in a mug. Add about two or three tablespoons of boiling water and mix to get out any lumps. Add the remaining cup of water.
  2. Adjust sweetness with Splenda to taste.
  3. Enjoy!
