No soymilk in the house and the cold weather had me hankering for a steaming hot cup of cocoa. Decided to improvise and loved the results. More an idea than a recipe, feel free to modify it to suit your personal tastes. As presented, this is 0 WW points for one serving and 1/2 point for two - so go ahead and make a second cup. :D
- Mix the liquid creamer,, cinnamon and cocoa together in a mug. Add about two or three tablespoons of boiling water and mix to get out any lumps. Add the remaining cup of water.
- Adjust sweetness with Splenda to taste.
