Pesto with a twist!! Eat it with some nice bread, scones or whatever you like.
- 100 g arugula
- 100 g hazelnuts
- 3 garlic cloves
- 100 g pecorino cheese, grated
- 1 cup olive oil
- Wash the arugula.
- Peel garlic cloves and leave them whole.
- Toast the hazelnuts for a few minutes.
- Put all the ingredients into the blender and blend well.
- Season to taste.
