  1. Bring sugar, margarine, cocoa and milk to a boil on medium high heat stirring constantly.
  2. Boil for 1 minute.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter, oats and vanilla.
  4. Continue stirring until mixture cools and holds its shape.
  5. Drop by spoonsfuls onto waxed paper.

I liked these but they seemed more candy-like than like a cookie. (Which I should have realised from the ingredient list.) I used the normal oats, not quick, as that was all I had. But as I said, I still liked them and will make again.
