This is wonderful! I made it exactly as written and marinated rib tips in it. What great flavor!! We loved it. I will definately use this recipe again, and on other meats as well. Thanks for sharing!

- 59.14 ml vegetable oil (I use canola)
- 59.14 ml soy sauce (I prefer the light soy)
- 59.14 ml dry sherry
- 4.92 ml dry mustard
- 4.92 ml ground ginger
