Our family's favorite marinade for beef, chicken, or pork.
- 59.14 ml brown sugar
- 59.14 ml vegetable oil (I use canola)
- 59.14 ml soy sauce (I prefer the light soy)
- 59.14 ml dry sherry
- 4.92 ml dry mustard
- 4.92 ml ground ginger
- 4.92 ml minced garlic
- 29.58 ml molasses
- Combine all ingredients. Marinate meat of your choice for several hours. Our favorite is steak tips which we marinate for at least 6-8 hours, but I prefer to marinate it over-night.
This is wonderful! I made it exactly as written and marinated rib tips in it. What great flavor!! We loved it. I will definately use this recipe again, and on other meats as well. Thanks for sharing!
