This is wonderful! I made it exactly as written and marinated rib tips in it. What great flavor!! We loved it. I will definately use this recipe again, and on other meats as well. Thanks for sharing!
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄4 cup vegetable oil (I use canola)
- 1⁄4 cup soy sauce (I prefer the light soy)
- 1⁄4 cup dry sherry
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons molasses
