Delicious recipe for hamburgers, fried or grilled these are awsome! Great on a bun or with rice.
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon fresh minced garlic
- 1 egg
- Mix all ingredients.
- Form into patties.
- Grill or fry for around 15 min or until done to your likeness.
Just what I wanted. I left out the egg because I don't care for egg in burgers, and I served it on a bun with a slice of pineapple, some purple onion, and some raw spinach. Very tasty.
I thought the flavor in these burgers was outstanding. I didn't have fresh ginger to put in, unfortunately, but it still turned out pretty good. We will make these again, and next time with the ginger. I can only imagine it would taste even better. Thanks for sharing this recipe!
