Its very sweet but butter helps balance it out when your eating it. I made two loafs and 6 or so rolls if I make again I will just pour all the batter into the two loaf pans to make the loafs bigger. It was a little dry. I had fun making it. Not sure if we will make again undecided. Thanks for a simple recipe!

So tasty, very sweet with a touch of citrus. I'm a little intimidated by bread but this came out beautifully. Mine was done a tad early. Good with Sweet Potato Puffs #16663, which also has some citrus. Serve with a salad with clementines and some leftover lemon chicken and you have a citrus feast. :)

Oh my goodness! There are no words to express how wonderful this bread is! It is absolutely fantastic with vegetable soup, and it's delicious with chicken salad or ham. Definately a 5 star recipe!

This is a great bread!!! I was looking for a bread to take over to my brothers house for a get together, and this looked easy and promising. It does take a while for it to rise, and the time that has been put on this recipe is very acurate. It was a little sticky once i got it mixed all together, so I decided to add just a little more flour until it wasnt sticky anymore (about another 2/3 cup) and then let it rose. It smelled so good when it was baking, and it did get done sooner than what it said, but I think that has to do with my oven. ;) I will be making this again! Thanks so much!
