Hawaiian-Style Banana Bread

Recipe by Alex Chapman

This is an amazingly simple recipe for Banana Bread that my mom has used for the last 35 years. It is SOOOOOOO GOOOD!!!!

A delicious banana bread! I used butter instead of shortening and increased the spices to 1/2 teaspoon each, added pinch of salt too. I did not have any nuts, so added 1/2 cup of coconut in keeping with the Hawaiian-style! I baked my loaf for an hour. This was very good, DH loved it and he tends to be fussy!!
