      This is a very nice - and authentic - saimin. Someone gave dh about 2 lbs of fresh saimin, but no instructions on how to prepare it. He went online to search for a recipe & found it - here on Zaar! We had all of the ingredients except the spinach. The recipe was easy to follow & resulted in a saimin enjoyed by the whole family.
