This delicious shake is great for breakfast. It makes a quick, easy and delicious meal for a dieter. This is my favorite shake recipe, I hope you enjoy it!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
  • 8 ounces unsweeetened pineapple juice
  • 12 banana
  • 5 -6 strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 4 -6 ice cubes


  1. Blend ingredients together in a blender.
  2. Pour into a frosted mug.
  3. Enjoy!
