- 1 (5 1/8 ounce) box instant vanilla flavor pudding and pie filling
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
- 1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust
directions
- In large bowl, combine vanilla pudding mix (dry) undrained pineapple, and sour cream; stir until well blended.
- Pour mixture into pie crust.
- Cover and chill 2 hours before serving.

I was going to submit this recipe from my collection, but see it is already here! My family has been making this pie for 20 years, given to us by my aunt. The only difference is that we use a real pre-baked pie crust instead of graham before adding the filling. We also sprinkle with toasted coconut. Highly recommend this!!
