  • In large bowl, combine vanilla pudding mix (dry) undrained pineapple, and sour cream; stir until well blended.
  • Pour mixture into pie crust.
  • Cover and chill 2 hours before serving.

  4. I was going to submit this recipe from my collection, but see it is already here! My family has been making this pie for 20 years, given to us by my aunt. The only difference is that we use a real pre-baked pie crust instead of graham before adding the filling. We also sprinkle with toasted coconut. Highly recommend this!!
     
  5. Yummmmm....We really liked this. I didn't use a graham cracker crust. I just made my usual pie crust and we thought that worked great. Topped each slice with a dollop of whipped cream and loved every bite.This was the perfect end to our meal tonight. Thanks for sharing the recipe.
