This is so yummy and so easy. I probably used more pineapple juice. I poured all the can. The sauce didn't thicken. So I removed the ham and let the juice and pineapple boil with a higher heat. My son really liked that. Thanks for posting :) Made for PAC Spring 2012

Directions

  1. Pour 1/2 inch juice into skillet and stir in brown sugar. Make slashes in fat around steak to keep it from curling.
  2. Place ham in skillet with juice mixture and top with pineapple slices.
  3. Cook on medium low heat and turn twice.
  4. Cook until sauce becomes thick and serve with pineapple slice on each serving.
