    Ingredients:

    Directions:

    1. 1
      Pour 1/2 inch juice into skillet and stir in brown sugar. Make slashes in fat around steak to keep it from curling.

      Place ham in skillet with juice mixture and top with pineapple slices.

      Cook on medium low heat and turn twice.
    4. 4
      Cook until sauce becomes thick and serve with pineapple slice on each serving.

      This is so yummy and so easy. I probably used more pineapple juice. I poured all the can. The sauce didn't thicken. So I removed the ham and let the juice and pineapple boil with a higher heat. My son really liked that. Thanks for posting :) Made for PAC Spring 2012

      What a great method to make a ham steak. We really liked the flavor the pineapple juice gave to the steak. I only had pineapple chunks but I grilled those too to warm them to serve with the ham. Thanks for sharing another method to have ham steak. Made for Bargain Basement tag game.
