Aaaaargh! My toasted coconut refused to float! It sank straight to the bottom.
I have mixed feelings about the flavor of this. I would probably have preferred something spicier, but it's very nice for those who like coconut. Thanks for posting. Made for ZWT Witchin Kitchen.

Very creamy and delicious. I added a Tbsp of sugar since my coffee was very strong. My coconut "drowned" as well. Next time I will take the advice and froth the coconut milk so the toasted coconut has something to float on. ZWT 7.

Very tasty! Since my coconut milk was unsweetened, I added a bit of Splenda. I also put the coconut milk in my microwave frother and heated it, and then "frothed" it so I could have some foam on top to sprinkle the toasted coconut on. Made for ZWT 7.

Excellent cup of coffee! I loved everything about this recipe even the coconut that wouldn't float. I wished I would have had some whipped cream but wasn't to be. Next time, and there will be one, I'll make sure I'm better prepared. Thanks for sharing. Made for ZWT7-Pacific Islands.

Adored this coffee! It is so creamy and the flavors are precisely balanced. The toasted coconut does tend to sink but did get a photo before it all sank and did it staying true to how the recipe is written. Made as written and would not change a thing. Will make again as this is a tasty treat. Thanks so much for the post.

Yum Anna, yum...thank you sista from another mother, I loved this coffee. Sweet and deliciate flavor. The coffee was wonderful, love Kona, the coconut milk was soft and subtle and the toasted coconut, took it over the top for me. I garnished mine with whipped cream so my coconut would float ontop. So terrific, thanks for posting. Made for ZWT7 for the Witchin Kitchen.
