  • Melt margarine, granulated sugar and brown sugar together, stirring constantly until hot.
  • Mix flour into butter/sugar mixture.
  • Whip eggs into hot mixture one at a time.
  • Mix in buttermilk and vanilla gradually.
  • Pour into 9" unbaked piecrust; sprinkle with nutmeg.
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 375 degrees and continue to bake for 35 minutes.
