  1. The potatoes were just ok.

  2. I really liked the way these potatoes looked when I took them out of the oven. They were beautifully browned and crispy on the bottom. They were also tasty but I think I need to tweak the seasonings, maybe add some garlic salt, to get them to my family's taste. I laid chopsticks on either side of the potato halves to keep from slicing all the way through and I baked these in a non-stick, 9 x 13 pan.

  3. Great potatoes. I also do they with a little basil, drizzel them with breafdcrumbs mixed with parmesan cheese. Very good

  4. I made these for Christmas dinner. They were quite the talk. Great presentation, and taste. I rubbed olive oil all over before I put them into the oven, then basted them several times with butter. I didn't add anything else, as my husband don't like garlic or the cheese. I will be makeing them again for special dinners.

  5. Very good. It was a nice change, and my husband liked them so much he asked for them again the next week. I added grated parmesan and some garlic salt before placing them in the oven.
