This is a good recipe for a group. It may be made a day ahead of time & freezes well.
- 1 (907 g) package frozen hash browns
- 1⁄2 cup chopped onion
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of celery soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 1⁄2 cups shredded cheese
- 1⁄2 cup melted butter
- 1 1⁄2 cups crushed corn flakes
- Mix together first 5 ingredients.
- Pour into greased 9x13 pan.
- Mix crushed corn flakes with melted butter.
- Put on top of hash brown mixture.
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
