Easy to make with frozen hash browns.
- 1 (32 ounce) package frozen hash browns, thawed
- 3⁄4 cup butter
- 1⁄2 cup onion
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
- 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- Combine potatoes, butter, onion, soup, sour cream, and cheese; stir well.
- Spoon mixture into greased casserole dish.
- Bake for 50 minutes at 350°F.
This was a very good recipe. I really enjoyed it.
