My sister-in-law gave me this recipe. It's great for get-togethers because it can be made ahead of time and just popped into the oven. Everyone loves it - even the kids!

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl mix onion, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, butter, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  3. Add hashbrown potatoes and mix well.
  4. Spread into a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle with parsley flakes and paprika.
  6. Bake uncovered for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  7. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
