It may take some sleuthing at your local natural foods store to find all the ingredients for this trail mix, but it’s well worth the effort. Be sure to choose organic nuts and seeds whenever they’re available.
- 59.14 ml unsalted almonds
- 59.14 ml dry-roasted soybeans
- 59.14 ml dried dates, chopped
- 59.14 ml dried apple, chopped
- 59.14 ml dried cranberries
- 59.14 ml unsalted peanuts
- 59.14 ml unsalted pumpkin seeds
- 59.14 ml raisins
- 59.14 ml unsalted sunflower seeds
- 59.14 ml walnuts, chopped
- Mix ingredients together in roughly equal proportions and store in an airtight container. Use within a month, because the oils in nuts can go rancid. One serving equals 2 ounces, or 1/4 cup.
