Way to easy to be this good! You can whip this up and be serving it in less than 30 minutes. It's a meal-in one. Perfect for a quick hot lunch or dinner. I used lean ground turkey and added some cumin (just my preference) but otherwise stuck to the recipe. Thanx for sharing. It will be on my go-to list for quick meals.

I tried this tonight. Thought 2lbs velveeta to much. Soon found out not enough, added the rest.DH thought it was to hot. Everyone else loved it . Did add one can chicken broth and about five handful of shell pasta. It was great. Thanks

I liked this a lot. I added a small can of V8 juice and some Italian seasoning for something different. Next time I will add some chile powder instead. Very tasty and spicy.
