- garlic powder
- 4 1⁄2 lbs pork roast
- 3⁄4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 (10 ounce) jarpure apple jelly or 1 (10 ounce) jar grape jelly
- Season roast and place in Crockpot.
- Roast meat approximately 4 hours on low.
- Heat sauce and jelly. Stir to blend well.
- Baste meat with half the sauce during the last hour of roasting time.
- Serve remaining sauce with sliced meat.
