Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Remove cores to within 1/2 inch of bottoms.
  3. Pierce skins with a sharp knife.
  4. Place apples in a shallow baking dish.
  5. Combine juice, sugar and cinnamon and pour over apples.
  6. Bake 30-35 mins or til apples are tender basting occasionally.
  7. Remove from oven.
  8. Combine cheese, raisins and pecans.
  9. Spoon evenly into centres of apples.
  10. Allow to stand 1-2 minutes.
