I didn't think I liked beets. But I could eat these everyday!!

  1. In med saucepan, mix cornstarch, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add vinegar and water.
  3. Cook and stir until thickened.
  4. Add butter and beets.
  5. Heat through.

I baked the beets first and then added to them to the sauce. Scrumptious and extremely easy!!

I really liked this recipe ,it is easy to make.The most time takes cooking beets.I tried this recipe only once but I know that I am going to do it again!

I don't get what the others are saying. I followed the recipe exactly and ended up with watery tasteless liquid. The only taste was from the beets themselves.
