I used olive oil instead of canola (and used less than half of what was called for), dried parsley (didn't have fresh) and shook in some garlic powder instead of the crushed fresh (because I was lazy). It still came out great! I poured it over a salad with romaine and green leaf lettuce, carrot, fine diced onion and chick peas and served it with garlic bread. My boyfriend and I have decided this is the best salad dressing we've ever had! I will be making this all the time.

ZOMG. This is SO FREAKIN GOOD! Tahini dressings are often hit or miss with me, I've had terrific ones but crappy ones too...this is one of the best ones I've ever eaten! And I LOVE that it requires no blender and stuff I normally keep in my house! No labor here! Out of pure laziness I just mixed everything right in the container with a fork, and it came out great. I scaled the recipe down to make 1 cup and used everything described-- a thin tahini, canola oil, tamari sauce-- except the garlic clove, out of laziness I used 1 teaspoon garlic powder and skipped the parsley because I didn't have any. It's wonderful on all kinds of salads and also as a dipping sauce and garnishment for veggie burgers. Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful recipe, I'll be making much more than 1 cup next time :)

Very yummy. I used regular soy sauce and cilantro, since I didn't have parsley or tamari soy sauce. Thanks for posting!

Oh wow! This is yummy! Tastes a lot like hummus. A little bit goes a LONG way. I cut the recipe in 1/2 and served it on mixed greens with tomatoes and cucumbers. It is fabulous on the cucumbers! I have a big huge jar of tahini to use up so I'll be making this one again soon. Thanks for sharing! :)

I CAN'T STOP EATING THIS. I'm about to do shooters of it. Added flax seeds and used extra virgin olive oil. Really good mixed with Annie's Goddess dressing too! (the store bought stuff)

A nice, different, yummy dressing that I used on romaine, chopped carrots, and pickled radishes. Thanks for a recipe I will use again!

A really good dressing! Much like "Annie's Goddess Dressing", my favorite :-)

yes! another use for my tahini!! the only changes i made were no parsley(didnt have any, but next time i'll use it), and olive oil instead of canola. this is wonderful, i was suprised that the soy sauce went so well with the other ingredients! i'll be happy to have this once a week for dinner with a great big salad (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, garbanzo beans). thanks!

Oh my... This is an incredible dressing. I added more garlic than was called for, but it was wonderful just the same. I chose this recipe so that I could use up some tahini that we had left over from making hummous, but now I'm going to have to stock it regularly just to make this dressing. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe, we love it!
