ingredients

  • 225 g thick and creamy plain yogurt, strained
  • 3 -4 tablespoons harissa (depending on taste)
  • 14 cup coriander, finely chopped
  • 14 cup of fresh mint, finely chopped

directions

  • Spoon the yogurt into a bowl.
  • beat in as much harissa as you like.
  • Stir in most of the coriander and mint, and season if you like.
  • Tip into a serving bowl.
  • garnish with the rest of the herbs and serve.

  1. My harissa will blow your socks off, so I used 2 TEASPOONS of harissa and added 1 tablespoon of honey. Still hot but with a nice flavor.

How I rate... 5 stars - perfect, will make again without any changes. 4 stars - Liked it, will make again again but with changes. 3 stars - had to make major changes but got it to work. 2 stars - had to make major changes and it didn't work. 1 star - went terribly, a waste of time and ingredients, I cried, BF cried the cats cried you get the picture...
