I used lemonade instead of the lemon juice and sugar and it was really good. Fruity and refreshing.
Quenched my thirst and so delicious too! What a great after work pick me up!
Fantastic drink! I, too, used fresh strawberries because I happened to have some. I'm not much of a hard liquor person but I really loved this and will make it again. Thank you for the treat after a hard day!!
Great drink! I used fresh strawberries and just 2 teaspoons of sugar and loved the tartness of the drink. Thanks for posting this recipe!
Refreshing, delicious, and very very tasty! I used Amaretto for the Chambord and used fresh strawberries. There is one problem with this recipe. It only makes 1 glass (lol). Thanks for posting, this is an awesome summer cocktail! Will definitely make again, and again (maybe use raspberries next time too). :)
Awesome drink!!! I made this using a huge lemon that I juiced and then only added 1 teaspoon sugar!!! I used fresh strawberries, now in their prime time in Florida and that was the perfect sweetness for me!! The flavors of all ingredients make for one tasty drink!!! Thanks for sharing!!! Made for Everyday is a Holiday Tag!!!
This is great. I used 2 tsp of sugar but maybe 3 would have been better. I used only 1 ounce of Chambord. Thanks Appleydapply for this beautiful drink. Made for a winning prize for Top Favorites of 2008 cookbook tag game.
I'm a vodka fan, so I liked this. It was a little sweet for me, but my strawberries were very sweet...I probably didn't need any sugar! I used some fresh strawberries, not frozen. Thanks for posting. made for Everyday is a Holiday tag.
Great drink! I love that is is all fresh! My frozen strawberries were smaller so I used 6. They really made the drink nice and slushy! I forgot to add the sugar and wow was it tart! lol Stirred the sugar in and it was fantastic! Thanks for a great recipe!
This is a great drink! I knew I'd like it though because of the ingredients. I will serve this for the holidays! Thanks for sharing.
